Bike to School Week

Bike to School Week

Next week (week commencing 23rd September) sees the start of Bike to School Week. As a school, we would very much like to support this by encouraging children and their families (including adults!) to come to school on their bikes. We will be monitoring this in school and any children who come to school on bikes will earn extra house points. Additionally, it would be lovely if parents could photograph their children and family members on their bikes so that we can display them on our sports board. These photos can also be used as entries into a competition to win a brand new Frog Bike; details of which can be found on the website Additional resources and activities to support Bike to School Week can also be found on the site.

We really hope that any many families as possible join in and help the children to enjoy the many benefits that cycling can bring.

Many Thanks

Miss Earle and Mr Pinkham
