Meet our reading ambassadors! 
These children have been chosen because of their love of reading and a willingness to share this passion of reading with others.
Reading ambassadors have a very important position at Wheatlands school: much of their role involves encouraging others to find their own love of reading by making book recommendations, as well as supporting to develop a strong reading culture where books are discussed and are an exciting topic of conversation.
Throughout school, and in their own classes, our reading ambassadors will act as good reading role models and they will have the opportunity throughout the year to read to other year groups and individuals.
